  • To Get Registered With ESIC 
  • Take Declaration From Employees 
  • Contribution to the Fund 
  • Deposit the Amount of both in ESIC 
  • Provide Necessary Requirement & Train the workers 
  • Give guidance of Registration procedure of ESIC 
  • File Return of ESIC to the authority 
  • Record All the Details 
  • Provide Facility to 24 Hours. 
  • Inform the ESIC In case of Any Emergency 
  • Medical Treatment & Examination Periodically 

Duties of Employees 

  • Submit the Claim For Relief 
  • Maintain Discipline & Pay Contribution Regularly 
  • Inform & Notice If Any Injury happens 
  • Visit the Hospital Regularly on Diseases.
